- Usage data: Standard web analytics including pages visited, time on site, and referral sources (via anonymised tools such as Plausible or similar).

We use the information we collect to:
- Conduct your AI Readiness Assessment and generate your personalised report.
- Schedule and conduct your review call with Reto Wolf.
- Process payment for your assessment.
- Send you your report and relevant follow-up communications.
- Improve our assessment process and service quality.
- Respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
- Send you relevant updates or offers (only with your consent, and you may unsubscribe at any time).
3. How We Share Your Information
Your assessment data is strictly confidential. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
We may share your data with trusted service providers who assist in operating our service (e.g., cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing), but only to the extent necessary and subject to appropriate data protection agreements. Our key sub-processors include:
- Vapi.ai — voice agent infrastructure (assessment calls)
- Stripe — payment processing
- Cal.com — appointment scheduling
- Anthropic (Claude) — AI-powered report generation
- Vercel — website hosting

We retain your assessment data for as long as necessary to deliver our service and for up to 3 years thereafter for internal record-keeping and service improvement purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7).
