These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services offered by ScoreMyAI, operated by Mighty Acorn Marketing GmbH ("we", "our", or "us"), including the AI Readiness Assessment, personalised report, and review call services available at scoremyai.ai.

By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

ScoreMyAI provides an AI Readiness Assessment service that includes:

• A 20-minute voice assessment conducted by our AI agent, Rachel.
• A personalised AI Readiness Report delivered within 48 hours of your assessment.
• A 45-minute personal review call with Reto Wolf.

The current fee for this service is $897 (Early Access), or $997 at standard pricing. Pricing is clearly stated at the point of purchase.

2. Booking and Payment

To access the service, you must complete payment via our secure Stripe checkout. Your booking is confirmed upon successful payment. Payment is required before your assessment call takes place.

Prices are displayed in USD. Local taxes or currency conversion fees may apply depending on your location and payment method.

3. Scheduling

After payment, you will receive instructions to schedule your review call via our booking system. Your assessment with Rachel will be initiated by calling the number provided. It is your responsibility to be available and in a suitable environment for your scheduled call.

If you need to reschedule your review call, please contact us at reto@scoremyai.ai at least 24 hours in advance. We will accommodate rescheduling requests subject to availability.

4. Report Delivery

We aim to deliver your personalised AI Readiness Report within 48 hours of your completed assessment call. While we strive to meet this timeline in all cases, it represents our target and not a guaranteed delivery time. In the unlikely event of a delay, we will notify you promptly.

5. Refund Policy

Given the personalised and time-intensive nature of our service, the following refund policy applies:

• Full refund: If you cancel before completing your assessment call, you are entitled to a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
• No refund after assessment: Once your assessment call has been completed and your report is in preparation or delivered, we are unable to offer a refund, as the core service has been rendered.
• Exceptions: If we fail to deliver your report within 10 business days or fail to schedule a review call within a reasonable timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all information shared during your assessment and review call as strictly confidential. Your data will not be shared with third parties except as required to deliver the service (see our Privacy Policy). We will never use your assessment data for marketing, case studies, or any other purpose without your explicit written consent.

7. Intellectual Property

The AI Readiness Report delivered to you is for your personal and business use. You may share it internally within your organisation. You may not reproduce, publish, or resell the report or any part of it without our prior written consent.

All other content on this website — including text, design, logos, and software — remains the exclusive property of Mighty Acorn Marketing GmbH.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our AI Readiness Assessment and report are provided for informational and strategic advisory purposes. While we strive for accuracy and relevance, we make no warranties or guarantees that implementing our recommendations will achieve specific business outcomes. Business results depend on many factors beyond our control.

Our service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mighty Acorn Marketing GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zürich, Switzerland.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
